Skills for Life and Work is a 6-week cohort-based program designed to assist individuals with multiple barriers to employment. Participants gain the skills they need to find, secure, and maintain meaningful employment. This program is funded by the Government of Canada through the Canada-British Columbia Workforce Development Agreement. Read more about this program in the About page.
WarehouseAbilities is an 11-week warehouse skills training program for persons with disabilities, delivered online and at our Richmond warehouse. Participants will gain certifications required by local employers and be job-ready for warehouse opportunities. Read more about WarehouseAbilities.
CyberSecure Training for Skilled Immigrants is an online 17-week program that provides cybersecurity skills training and preparation, delivered by Back in Motion in partnership with ReTrain Canada. Graduates of this program will achieve ReTrain Canada’s Cyber Security Penetration Testing Certification. Read more about CyberSecure.
Career Paths for Skilled Immigrants is a free program that helps immigrant job seekers to reconnect with their careers. This program prepares immigrants for the employment market and connects their goals to real job opportunities.
