Career Paths for Skilled Immigrants is under the WelcomeBC umbrella of services, made possible through funding from the Government of Canada and the Province of British Columbia. It is an initiative of the Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Skills Training.

Back in Motion’s Employment Services addresses both sides of employment-related challenges: the client searching for meaningful and sustainable employment; and the labour shortage experienced by BC employers. We currently offer Employment Services to clients and employers in 15 communities in the Lower Mainland and Sea to Sky Corridor. We have exceptional staff who have extensive experience supporting skilled immigrants and refugees to achieve employment. Our team is ethnically diverse and includes professionals from the following language groups: Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Arabic, Cantonese, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Tagalog, Farsi, and others.
